Synopsis: There is always something disturbing under the surface in Hélène Katz’s work and this collection of photographs is no exception. Is Coming Soon takes us to the dirty outskirts of a French city which may very well be Grenoble, Katz’s hometown. Images such as a pile of dead flies, bullet holes and abandoned buildings ask whether this city is to be doomed or if salvation eventually will come.
