Synopsis: This zine documents K8 Hardy's performance at Printed Matter's 2008 T-shirt Day, where Hardy used the store as her runway to model artist-made shirts. Rather than emulate the expressionless blank-slate style of a typical fashion model, Hardy engaged attendees in animated conversations and set the shirts against a variety of undergarments, wigs, props, and costuming that flouted codes of femininity and beauty. FashionFashion PM Inc. is a collection of photo collages documenting this event alongside handwritten meditations on the t-shirt, fashion, and Hardy's early experiences as a fashion rebel.
